Project Estimation

• To provide 9 pillars of Happy School requires investment of ₹5 lakhs per school on an average
• E-Learning + Teacher support cost per school – ₹60,000
• Plan is to cover 100 schools – 100 * (5L + 60k) = ₹5.6 cr

Project Implementation & Monitoring

• A joint committee of the corporate & Rotarians to be set up for monitoring and execution at the time of signing an agreement
• Joint committee to list out the budget, priorities and phased execution – 2/3 weeks from agreement
• Firm estimates for work to be obtained within 2 weeks of joint committee decision Assessment, negotiations and award of work – within 2 weeks of disbursal of funds by the corporate
• Joint committee between corporates and Rotary Bangalore Junction to regularly track &
  report status periodically
